About

This building is the only one of its kind in the region, showing the Russian style of summer homes created before World War I. It was fully restored in every detail by 2020 and is now open to the public for tours and is used to host special events.

Such buildings are more popular in Soviet areas in land owned by upper-class citizens under the tsars. This estate has a full balcony projecting out from the second floor with exceptional timber design. The land around it contains a gazebo that mirrors the house's flourishes alongside a lake and small stream.
