About
Cecilienhof Palace, reminiscent of the typical houses of the English countryside. It was built between 1913 and 1917 for William of Prussia and his wife Cecilia, hence it is called Cecilienhof.
It is one of the few Tudor architecture palaces in Germany and, above all, stands out for being the place where the famous Potsdam Conference was held. In fact, you can visit the parlour where Stalin, Churchill and Truman negotiated about the future of Germany after World War II.
