I am an architect by training and a business coach by passion. I earned my degree from the Polytechnic University of Tirana, and I spent my early career shaping urban spaces across this city. I believed then—and I still believe—that thoughtful design can spark community growth. Over time, I realized that the same principles apply to business. Strong companies, like strong buildings, need a solid foundation, clear structure, and room to adapt. That realization led me to coaching. Today, I work with Albanian entrepreneurs and startups using what I call Architectural Coaching. We build robust business plans, design scalable operations, and create resilient corporate cultures. I do not offer generic templates. I help clients construct frameworks that match their specific purpose, constraints, and ambition. I often tell my clients: first design your purpose, then build your success. I have seen that mantra transform small teams into confident competitors. I continue to live and work in Tirana, where the contrast of old and new never stops inspiring me. This city's energy fuels my dual mission: designing visionary spaces and mentoring visionary leaders. When I look at Albania's mid-2026 business climate, I see both opportunity and the urgent need for discipline. My role is to help local businesses meet that moment—not by copying foreign models, but by building on what we already do well.
