Jay Braun

Joined Atlas Obscura in 2014

I am a graduate student with academic interests in ethnography, museums and archives, and library science. I first remember using Atlas Obscura to plan my own road trip while learning to drive in high school, and I've been hooked ever since. Travel has always been important to me, and I've found myself attracted to unusual places of interest my whole life. Outside of academia, I am a film photographer, artist, and live music enthusiast!
