Shrimant Dagdusheth Halwai Ganpati Mandir is an iconic temple of Lord Ganesh in Pune. It was established more than a hundred years ago and is a divine shrine for pilgrims.
Around the vicinity of the temple, in the busy square, there have been installed a number of artistically-designed streetlamps. These beautiful lamps depict four mice holding a large Modak.
