The Urban Wanderer

Joined Atlas Obscura in 2019

Exploring everywhere on foot and following my curiosity is my method of travel. This is wherever I might find myself too. From my home cities in the North West of England to my travels abroad. I love nothing more than heading off the beaten track, away from the tourist trails, to discover everything not in the guide book. On my journeys you might find me walking for miles through industrial estates to check out a relic from WWII or discovering sculpture right below my nose in my own city of Manchester. Wherever I go, I am sure to uncover something different, which I love sharing so you can check it out too.
