In front of an old antique bank safe in a parking lot stands a statue of a ghostly pickle in Uncle Sam colors? A marijuana joint holding a charred pizza? Who's to say... Originally built by an Italian restaurant that specialized in fried pickles, it was formerly painted green and wore a black top hat while holding a pizza.
One of the next tenants decided to make the pickle man more patriotic and painted its body white and its clothes red and blue. This caused an obvious resemblance to a huge anthropomorphic weed joint to many people.
As of 2022, the Tomball pickle man has been repainted.to its original colors.
