Erin McKay

Joined Atlas Obscura in 2021

This Mom, Marketing Director, Airbnb Superhost, part-time Cape Codder and proud Plant Lady lives in Stamford, Connecticut.

When I'm not helping Atlas Obscura win awards for our immersive storytelling campaigns with tourism and brand partners, you can catch me in my garden, reading, hiking or exploring with my husband and two kiddos.

While bopping around my home bases of CT & MA, and in my travels beyond, I have my eyes open for independent book stores and record stores (preferably used books and vinyls), gardens and nature preserves, candy shops, bakeries, and anything science fiction related. When visiting a new place, I always try to collect a new piece of art as a souvenir.
