Julia Georgallis

Julia is a baker and food writer who lives between London and Lisbon. She began her career as an industrial designer, graduating from London's Royal College of Art. In 2014, she retrained as an artisan baker and has been working in the hospitality industry ever since. Her work revolves around the idea of food as important design tool that can help solve everyday problems.
