Joined Atlas Obscura in 2019

I'm Kate, a full time writer living and working in Manila, Philippines. Originally from London, England, I'm a published travel writer and regularly write for websites and magazines. I'm a huge advocate of solo female travel and thrive in unfamiliar environments, seeking out interesting and unusual stories, experiences and people where ever I go. I have a knack for finding the weirdness amongst the mundane.
